Reiki
Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. Meditation is instrumental in lowering stress levels and blood pressure while improving mental and emotional clarity, patience, and deep, restorative sleep; helping the body and mind to move more freely and lessened discomfort through the day. Melt into a warm table as you are guided through visualization and breathwork in this individual meditation session to help you reset and restore your mind from the stressors of the events in life. Session Enlightenments have been carefully selected to compliment your Energy experience. Enlightenments are offered for selection prior to checkout through our online scheduling tool.
10-minute Chair Massage - A perfect kick-start to any Reiki or Polarity Therapy session! Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation. $15
Mini Meditation - Begin your Energy session with a 15-minute guided meditation. Use this time to set the intention for your session, go inside to ask questions, or simply calm the mind to activate your healing center before Reiki or Polarity begins. Adds 15-minutes to your session time. $20
Crystal Healing - available only on appointments with Adrian - Crystal healing is the use of different crystals to help direct energy to certain places on the body for balancing in that area. Crystals work like a conduit for energy, each crystal vibrating at a different hertz that works best with certain energy points on the body. In these session crystals will be placed on or around the body to help balance the bodies energy during reiki. $20
Aromatherapy - available only on appointments with Adrian - A perfect addition to your Reiki session with Adrian.
Aromatherapy is the use of scent or smell to activate and balance the brain and limbic system. Aromatherapy can help promote balance with emotions, and stress but can also help balance some physical problems as well. In these sessions essential oils or essential oil blends will be used through inhalation to assist the client in balancing their body and mind. $20 Rest & Restore - Take the urgency of rushing out the door by enjoying additional table time after your session. Rest and restore during this undisturbed time - allowing your body to process the energy-work you've just received. Offered in two lengths. 15-minutes: $15
