- Enlightened Wellness offers several different session lengths - 60, 75, and 90 minutes. There are occasions when a special offering will last 120 minutes. Spa services and spa days range in length from 60 minutes to 3 hours.
- What should I expect during my first massage session?
- Upon your arrival, you will have an intake conversation with your Massage Therapist to review your medical history and discuss what your goals for the session are. You will be escorted to the treatment space have reviewed how to lay on the massage table, where to place your clothes, etc. During massage it is important to know that you are in control of the appointment. If the depth of pressure is too much (or not enough), your therapist will make adjustments - to the best of their ability - to meet your expectation of pressure.
- Do I need to undress completely for a massage?
- We typically advise to undress to your comfort level. This may be keeping your underclothing on, or it may not. You may be advised to remain clothed in the event your session is scheduled for Manual Lymphatic Drainage , CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki or Stretch.

Please discuss any medical concerns with your LMT before your appointment or at the time of intake to ensure the approach you are looking for does not carry any contraindications for a medical condition or medication you are taking.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- Enlightened Wellness accepts all major credit cards, cash, and Flexible Savings Account cards.
